Earth signs

Earth is the element of the body and the real world. The earth signs build, tend and make things last.

What they share

Earth signs trust what they can see and touch. They are patient, useful and good with money, bodies and time. They can get stuck in routine and doubt what they cannot prove. In a chart with a lot of earth, a little fire or air helps it take a risk.

Taurus holds, Virgo refines, and Capricorn builds up.

The earth signs

• Taurus: Steady, sensual and hard to move.
• Virgo: Careful, useful and hard on itself.
• Capricorn: Ambitious, dry and built to last.

Many planets in earth signs

A Sun sign is one planet. Your chart has ten, and the balance between the elements and the modalities says a lot about how you move through life. Solstice counts them in your chart and tells you which side is strong and which is thin.
